    The Festival is an upmarket day of wine tasting, food and entertainment, set against some of SA’s most picturesque backdrops.

    Sniff, swirl and sample wines from top local wine estates. Delight your taste buds with simply sumptuous food at the Pick n Pay Food Lane.

    Socialise with friends to the sounds of local live music in a chic, relaxed environment set against some of South Africa’s most picturesque backdrops.

    Or pre-book a 30-minute wine and canape pairing in our Tasting Room, where chefs and winemakers will show you how it’s done with personal picks from their estates, perfectly paired with melt-in-your-mouth canapes.

  • HOW DO I BUY TICKETS?

    You can purchase tickets to the Pick n Pay Wine & Food Festival Durban online with our ticketing partner Webtickets or at Pick n Pay stores Nationwide.

  • HOW MUCH ARE THE TICKETS?

    • General access (1 day) – R250, includes a tasting glass and tasting tokens

  • WHAT DOES MY GENERAL ACCESS TICKET INCLUDE:

    • A day pass + branded wine glass + tasting tokens
    • Wine tasting from some of the Cape’s top wine estates
    • The opportunity to purchase wine at the event
    • Access to delicious food for sale in the Pick n Pay Food Lane
    • Live Entertainment

  • CAN I BUY A TICKET AT THE DOOR?

    We cannot guarantee tickets will be available for sale at the festival gates, we recommend purchasing your tickets beforehand to avoid disappointment.

  • CAN I BRING MY CHILD

    No children under 18 are allowed at the event.

  • DOES MY TICKET GET ME ACCESS FOR THE WHOLE WEEKEND?

    Your ticket gets you access for one day, if you wish to attend on the second day you will need to purchase a ticket for that day.

  • Yes, there will be a variety of delicious food, water, soft drinks and coffee available to purchase in the Pick n Pay Food Lane.

    Cash, debit and credit cards will be accepted.

  • No. We love animals as much as you do, but you are going to have to leave your pets at home.

Can I buy wine at the festival?2020-02-06T15:25:22+02:00

  • All wines available for tasting at the venue will be available for purchase – either for onsite consumption or to take home with you. Purchases can be made directly at the wine farm stand, using debit or credit card or cash.

Will I be on camera if I attend?2020-02-06T15:24:17+02:00

  • We attract local and national and international press to each Pick n Pay Wine & Food Festival event.

    In purchasing your ticket and in consideration for being admitted to the event, the holder consents to being recorded (by audio, visual and/or other means) for exhibition and exploitation by any means in all media now known or hereafter devised worldwide in perpetuity.

    Holder also hereby: (1) releases the Pick n Pay Wine & Food Festival and the organisers from any liability for loss or damage to persons or property, infringement of any right or any other claim or course of action of any kind; (2) authorizes and permits the Pick n Pay Wine & Food Festival and its designees which include but are not limited to all sponsors, exhibitors and contractors to use and authorize the use of his/her/their name, voice, likeness and all reproductions thereof by any means and in all media now and hereafter know for all purposes worldwide in perpetuity; and (3) agrees to comply with all rules and regulations of the event.
