If you paid via Pick n Pay or EFT, you will be prompted to enter your banking details and receive a confirmation email. Please note that refunds must be done before 16 th April 2020 and that no refunds or exchanges will be made after this date. No refunds on complimentary tickets. Refunds will be processed and paid within 5 days.
