Attendees and users assume all risks and danger incidental to the attendance at Pick n Pay Wine & Food Festival Cape Town event. The attendee releases the organisers being Worldsport (Pty) Ltd and Pick n Pay Retailers (Pty) Ltd and all sponsors, directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives and/or the volunteers thereof from any and all liabilities, damages, theft, costs, and expenses arising out of/or relating to attendance at this event.
Photography & Videography Policy
Prohibited Items
To ensure the safety and comfort of all guests and staff, the following items may not be brought onto the venue grounds

- Firearms, weapons, knives, and sharp objects
- Stainless Steel utensils (knives, forks, metal cups, flasks, etc.)
- Fireworks, explosives, flammable items
- Mace/Gas Containers
- Glass bottles or containers
- Alcohol or Illegal Substances
- Cans (soft drinks/alcohol)
- Food
- Braai Equipment/Skottels & Webber Braais (no open fires allowed)
- Animals/Pets
- Bicycles, skateboards, scooters, roller blades, roller skates
- Frisbees
- Balls (soccer/rugby/etc.)
- Inflatable items (i.e., pools, balls, chairs, etc.)
- Video cameras and nonaccredited media equipment (i.e., professional photographic or recording equipment)
- Airhorns Vuvuzelas/ Blowhorns/ Kutuzelas
- No musical instruments (including portable radios without head/earphones)
- Any mass branded clothing or items which constitute ambush marketing (including umbrellas)
- Banners/flags with derogatory text or drawings
- Hookah pipes
- Unofficial merchandise with the intention to trade within the grounds
- Chairs
- Illegal or unauthorized handing out of promotional flyers/pamphlets etc.
